Circa 1985 Church & Company were commissioned to build two organs for the Noack Organ Company, Georgetown, Massachusetts. Fritz Noack himself provided a hand-written ‘bible’ explaining exactly how the soundboards, action and casework were to be constructed. It is possible that the pipework was supplied by F.J.Rogers of Leeds. Unfortunately the current management of Noack were unable to say exactly where these organs were installed, but it is possible that Noack’s Opus 103 in Belmont, Massachusetts, may be one of them.
